Where we met: at RDS, after their gig at The Music Show
Why we like them: first of all, we have a huge respect for podge’s taste in clothes, then of course we love their music too. their “hope 2008 meteor award” is totally well-deserved.
Behind the scenes: we had interviewed niamh and podge a few months ago in whelans. unfortunately, that time we got interrupted more than once and there was a lot of noise around (delorentos were playing just a few meters away from us) so we decided to interview them again. as you can see from this video, this time we had more or less the same luck :P this time we started to film in the perfect location: perfect light, absolutely quiet. but on the first question we were kicked out because it was closing time. we moved to a darker spot near the exit of RDS and tried to make the interview anyway. we got kicked out from there too (as you can see at the beginning of the video) but we finally made it..it’s not the best quality ever, but we hope you’ll enjoy the interview anyway.
