OneMoreTune meets 8Ball

Starting up the band, passing from jamming in bedrooms to experimenting with electronic music, their brand new album “With all your friends”, favorite tracks and favorite Irish bands to play in for a day.

Why we like them: apart from their music being super cool and different from most of the stuff we usually hear in town, we do regard them with esteem because so far they’ve been the only band that managed to say “Hi, we are … and you are watching OneMoreTune.ie” at the first take! :)
Behind the scenes: we actually met 8Ball twice. The first time was after their gig at Crawdaddy a couple of months earlier, but because the crowd around was so loud, we decided to show up again and give it a second try. It definitely went better, even though we had some people passing by (our fault indeed: the idea of standing next to the toilets was not really smart..).

I was over in Ireland a few months ago and saw 8Ball play live with “The Big Pink” in Crawdaddy (you no that tune “Domins” from the Xbox Add) and they completely blew them off the stage.. They are the reason I ended up on this site. How come there not massive in Ireland ?? I wana no / see more of them

These guys never get enough credit.. Best band from Ireland by a mile, think Super Furry Animals - My Bloody Valentine - Noah and The Whale - The Stone Roses all mixed together.. Ace Irish band
